When leadership teams feel stuck, it’s rarely just a people problem — it’s usually a systems problem. I help leaders and leadership teams see the hidden organizational patterns shaping their decisions, workload, and results, so they can make smarter choices about how they lead and work together and get the results they’re truly aiming for.I work with leadership teams through coaching, offsite facilitation, and organizational and leadership strategy. Together, we clarify roles, surface stuck dynamics, strengthen how leaders operate as a team, and align the organization’s structure and ways of working with what the business actually needs now — not what it needed in the past.I do this work through my firm, Constellary — a reflection of how I see organizations as interconnected systems rather than isolated parts. Over the years, I’ve developed a constellation of practical frameworks, including the Constellary Organizational Debt Framework, Leadership Archetypes, and a leadership competencies model, that help leadership teams understand how their organization actually works and what to do about it.If you’re a CEO or People leader trying to move the organization forward but finding that effort alone isn’t enough, I’d love to connect.
