Currently Working with the PLA team for the AT & T’s WEST ASE Project on the O-Calc Pro Software. Here we analyse the whole aerial network and make sure the Cable Network is managed perfectly with lowrer risk levels in the Aerial Route.• Worked with the JPA Team for Drafting Workprints on ARAMIS where AT & T needs a ARAMIS and Workprint Records of the Existing Poles and Altered Poles on the field. In association with the Power Companies to work in combination over a Pole where the wnership is distributed among them and Work is done accoridng to the Purchase Interest Done on the Poles.• Had good and healthy conversation with AT & T Engineers regarding the concerns PLA team has to face in terms of rare cases and regarding what AT & T expects from us as a client.• Till now I have been very determined with the work whether it is in nights shifts or if any extra efforts required outside the working hours and also been the top performer in the team in term sof Pole Count and Last moment deliveries.
