As an instrumentation Engineering Intern at Saipem, I am gaining hands-on experience in the engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) domain within the oil and gas industry.My responsibilities include- Assisting in the selection and specifications of field instrumentation (pressure,level, temperature, flow) and control valves- Creating an MTO and BOQ for all instruments and Telecom devices in the Technical Proposal phase- Supporting the development and review of P & IDs and Instrument index- Exposure to international standards(like ASMI,ISA) and project documentation processes- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure instrumentation design aligns with project requirements and safety standards.
