Overall Management of domestic and International clinical trial services contracted to HRAPL. These will typically include Site Management Organizational Services and assisting with Patient Enrollment but may also include additional services.Oversee site selection and pre-study activities to identify and evaluate potential investigators.Communicate effectively with Sr. Management and other team members in India and in U.S. to ensure client deliverables. Ensures that the operational aspect of a clinical study meets time, quality & cost targets.Prepare, negotiate & finalize Proposals, costing sheets, monthly invoices for the activities performed, budget negotiations and preparation of Clinical Trial Agreement (CTA) with sponsors.Patient Recruitment: Prepare recruitment strategies and materials in consultation with PI & assist in implementation, Track recruitment, Support HRAPL sites in implementing new Study Metrics: Ensure that all information from sites are collated and disseminated accurately; collate summary statistics, Prepare study metrics, both ongoing and the end of the study, providing information to both internal and external clients as appropriate, Maintain integrity of clients/BD Database, Ensure accurate statistics are provided to BD team and othersProject Co-ordination: Actively participate in Project Handover Meetings, Maintain contact with the sponsor for study issues, Accurately communicate study details to sponsors and staff, Initiate and promote best practice amongst centreOrganising: Ensure efficient and timely response to Sponsors questions, Set up and revise as necessary individual project plans, Set up spreadsheets to record study data, Proactively identify and resolve study operations-related issues as they arise.Participate in development of Standard Operating Procedures and other processes and tools to ensure that tasks are executed consistently and in accordance with Regulatory and Good Clinical Practice Requirements
