Inventory & Material Management -Monitor the inventory levels of raw materials, finished Good etc in SAP & Physically also.Ensured Materials are available for production.Indent,BOM,Yield, OEE,Etc.Reporting & Documentation - Maintaining production MIS for production activities such as production output,downtime, machines breakdown status,any incident etc.FG reported,reservation, TP etc work in SAP.Prepare regular report for productivity. Quality Control- Ensure products are produced according to quality specifications.work with quality control teams to implement corrective actions.Safety & compliance -Maintain a safe work environment. Conducted Daily TBT for discussion of GHP,GMP,5S,personal safety,UA,UC,Food quality etc.Porblem solving & troubleshooting - address any issue that coming during the production process like equipment breakdown,material shortage,personal issue.Troubleshoot operational porblem. Communication & Coordination -communicate to other Department like Warehouse, maintenance, quality to ensure smooth operation. Provide feedback to upper management on production performance any challenged faced on Shop floor.
