   Write code, perform code review, write design docs, perform design review and mentor Junior developers- As early engineer into GRE One Touch Release program (OTR), I was involved in scoping requirements, writing design docs, and writing code to ship MVP and several critical features post-MVP. OTR supports code releases for various salesforce products over 300+ PODs across various data centers- As a Tech Lead, I am responsible for OTR’s technical direction and design. Represent as a voice of the team across the department, collect feedback from stakeholders, design features, lead release deliverables, derive consensus and ship products - Led multiple critical OTR features such as Live Log Streaming, Staging Automation, Alternate Plan support and others that resulted in significant time savings, cost savings; improved productivity and satisfaction for GRE Engineers- Led performance enhancements in Caffeine (homegrown release orchestration tool) to fix high priority issues that helped in adoption of OTR enablement of Core app releases- Worked on multiple hack-a-thon efforts to turn idea (Live release Log Streaming) into possibility and worked on delivering that feature to production- As Scrum Master to run Scum calls, lead planning meetings, resolve conflicts, forge partnerships with cross functional teams and present status to leadership team periodically.
