Hi, I am Aditya. I believe to leahealthy happy king-size life. Our life stands upon 4 pillars 1 exercise 2 nutrition 3 rest 4 social activities to maintain these we also need a (M) vitamin i.e money.Every piller has its own dignity in our life.Exercise _ I am not telling you to go to gym and lifting dumbles and start bodybuilding.But on behalf of exercise do anything as you like, may be brisk walking,d a jogging stair case up and down, yoga etc.there are so many things to do.just do something to keep you fit atleast give 20_40 minutes to yourself.I do regular exercise, nowadays it becomes my passion.Nutrition_ our body has two parts_ from neck to feet is a part which we feed 4_5. times through meals.but very few persons feed our second part which is from neck to head. This part we can feed by reading books. So nutrition should be both mental and physical.I recently finished \' the secret\', biography of Sir A.P J Abdul Kalam, and Ratan Tata \'An Indian Industrialist\'.Rest_ we are human beings. To heal our body we need rest, for energy we need rest,for creative thinking we need rest, to achieve goals we need rest and so on.Social activities_ this is the mirror of one\'s character. Be positive, but we cannot be remain positive all the day, it is a activity we have to do forcely.but.but if you do meditation for just 10 minutes you can feel you become calm, positive, energetic, stressless and a strong hearted person.I do meditation everyday. nowadays I am doing business. Anyone can do this business. I will be very glad if I can enhance your funds and fulfill your financial goals.
