In this position I am accountable to deliver a high-volume of top-level candidates, while providing a high-qualitycandidate and client experience.This position promotes the transformation of TSA, in a way that continuously generates a qualified pipeline of applicants and high-quality hires for current and future requirements.ACCOUNTABILITIES:Recruitment Lifecycle• Lead end-to-end recruitment and selection cycle for a broad range of roles and locations in accordance with, and through the promotion of TSA Policies & Procedures, Employment Standards Act & Human Rights Codes, and Equity, Diversity, Justice, and Inclusion principles.• Consult with Hiring Manager to understand, advise and action an agreed-upon recruitment plan, based on urgency of hire.• Develop creative and strategic solutions to source, attract and select high quality candidates.• Proactively anticipate and identify difficult-to-fill positions and present sourcing solutions to address challenging recruitments.• Review and compose job postings with Hiring Manager, ensuring consistency in applying language across job postings.• Conduct initial phone screens for applicants and provide shortlist of suitable candidates to Hiring Manager with thorough screening notes.• Provide expert guidance to Hiring Manager on interview methods and interview questions, assist in structuring interview tools based on competencies, behaviours, and TSA values.• Conduct reference checks and discuss final selection with hiring manager.• Manage timely communication with applicants and candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience, act as the point of contact for recruitment updates and inquiries.• Develop partnerships with post-secondary institutes, recruitment agencies and employment networks to source talent.

I am a huge people-person with around 12 years of international and multicultural experience in Human Resources, Office Administration, and Customer Service.I thoroughly enjoy networking both personally and professionally. Meeting and exceeding customer expectations by coordinating resources and information has always been my priority at work. My quick adaptability to changes, passion for creativity and a strong emotional intelligence enables me to perform effectively in an ever-evolving workspace.
