I am currently a national sales recruiter for Naviron, based in Los Angeles, California. We\'re a boutique permanent placement recruiting agency specializing in sourcing top sales talent in multiple industries such as medical device, logistics, tech start-ups, SaaS, and more. In today\'s world with \"Easy Apply\" options it can be frustrating for both employers and qualified candidates to connect as hundreds of applicants flood job posts. That\'s where I come in. With years of sales experience myself, I know what to look for in a good salesperson, from how they sound and carry themselves on the phone to how they would fit in a particular role and culture at a company. I pride myself on transparency, as I want to make the hiring process as efficient and enjoyable for everyone involved, meaning I want to make sure both candidates AND employers are as stoked about each other to move forward! Outside of sales, I am an extremely competitive person and love to play sports, primarily tennis andpickleball around 3x a week! Growing up and living in Southern California, I love going to the beach, hiking, and generally being outside enjoying our amazing weather! I am also an anatomy nerd, and I received my CMT license from the state of California and have taken many continuing education courses in Muscle Activation Therapy (MAT), Hansen Muscle Therapy (HMT), Neurokinetic Therapy (NKT), soft tissue mobilization therapy, trigger point therapy, cupping, myofascial technique as well as many other modalities. I love problem-solving pain solutions and figuring out the puzzle that is human biomechanics and kinetic efficiency!
