Over 15 years of executive leadership, I\'ve shaped organizations and built coalitions in support of thriving, inclusive communities. The work I love most includes: Building and leading teams that deliver with ambition, purpose, and joy. I’ve managed teams ranging in size from five to 80 people and supported professional growth for staff at many stages of their careers. I’m especially proud to have increased staff retention and performance in every leadership role I’ve held. Defining strategy that speaks powerfully to local conditions and a visionary future, through processes that build wide ownership of the work that follows.
