Analytical development scientist specialized in bioassays, immunoassays, and collaborations with CROs and CDMOs. I have 10+ years of research experience and 3+ years of bioassay/immunoassay experience. • Goals and Interests: Developing bio pharmaceuticals and directly impacting life of patients, and making science accessible to the public and removing misconceptions.• Expertise and laboratory skills: Bioassays, Analytical development, Regulatory report writing, effector function reporter gene assays; fluorescent microscopy using Cytation 5; flow cytometry (CytoFlex LX) and analysis; Virus transfection, production, and purification; primary and immortal mammalian cell infections, virus titration and neutralization, and immune assays such as BCA, SDS-PAGE, Western blot, and ELISA; molecular biology techniques including genomic DNA, RNA, plasmid purification, RT-qPCR, and QuantiGene; proteomics data analysis in silico.• Soft Skills: Strong ability in networking with scientists, collaborations, and managing teams while working independently on multiple projects. Control trending and troubleshooting (QC release tests and characterization tests) is a part of my everyday work.
