Banking & Treasury - Monthly bank reconciliations, Reconciliation of internal banking transactionsSales Ledger - Deal with any invoicing discrepancies via invoice re-issue and raising of credit notes, Responsible for capturing appropriate customer contact details to allow digital methods of invoice delivery and credit control, Manage challenging and difficult queries arising internally and externally regarding sales ledger and credit control & Production of sales ledger invoicing (recurring and ad-hoc invoices)Purchase Ledger - Ensure compliance with internal procurement processes, appropriate PO and Non-PO invoice authorisations, payments by due dates by BACS or cheque, Responsible for running weekly Purchase Order (PO)Month end tasks - Review and investigation of suspense accounts, Prepare and investigate other monthly control account reconciliations, Assist with Internal and external audit queries, and etc.
