   Responsible for reviewing FEED documents like specifications, datasheets, and project specifications to verify the inspection, testing, certification requirements, and specification compliance-Responsible for review of Procurement/Engineering Documents like VDRL, Material Requirements (MR), Specifications, Technical Bid Evaluation (TBE), Datasheets, vendor quality management system, vendor compliance to company project quality requirements, inspection level, criticality, certification, inspection test requirements and review of the vendor deviation related to quality-Review and maintain QA/QC documentation, such as Inspection Test Plans (ITPs), Test Procedures-Responsible for reviewing and implementing the quality requirements and Project Quality Plan (PQP) and ensuring that the Project Quality Management System (PQMS) is comply with ISO 9001:2015 and contract requirements-Review of KPI’s required by the contractual requirement for EPC scope-Weekly meeting with PMT team to discuss the quality concerns and way forward-Responsible for quality inputs during MR, Technical bid evaluations, technical clarifications, and order placement for vendor packages-Liaise with Engineering groups, PMT, Purchasing, Inspection team to ensure specification requirements are integrated into the Engineering and Vendor data documents for the supplied products-Administrate the overall project audit schedule and NCR/Corrective Action register status reporting. Participate internal project audits, vendor/supplier assessment and surveillance audits in accordance with project audit schedule-Participate in technical clarification meetings, kick-off Meetings, and Pre-Inspection Meetings with vendors-Gather best practices and lessons learned from completed/ongoing projects and ensure that corporate quality assurance system documents are improved by incorporating them from time to time-Familiar with ADNOC Engineering specifications, AGES, SHELL DEPs, MESC etc
