CISA certified IT Auditor, with extensive hands-on operational experience in executing and managing a wide range of IT risk reviews across both internal, outsourcing and off shoring suppliers domestically and globally. Security cleared to a high Government standard. Proven ability in leading a wide range of audits across 3rd party Global Datacentre Infrastructure, Supplier Global Call Centres and Internal systems. Strong focus towards identifying, reviewing and reducing business risk impact both to time, budget and risk tolerance. Able to provide independent assurance and advice to the Board, Assurance Committee and the Leadership Team on all aspects of corporate governance. Advise and provide assistance to directors and senior managers in carrying out their internal control responsibilities including matters of risk, fraud, business improvement, policy, procedure and compliance. Able to analyse, articulate and translate complex technical issues and risks into commercial solutions and effectively present to internal / external stakeholders. Able to own and implement an effective framework for the management of Risk, thereby protecting against regulatory sanction, reputational, financial loss, service failure and maintaining customer confidence.
