Since 2008, Jim has led SR Inc in partnering with leading global companies and enterprises and, in doing so, he has led in introducing subscription based Strategic Advisory & Support as a Service to the sustainability movement. At SR Inc, Jim has directed the development of a proprietary, industry specific, annual Management Diagnostic, Assessment and Recommendation Service and directed the development of SR Inc\'s authoritative, cross-referenced and searchable digital library of hundreds of pieces of SR Inc original management best practice Executive Guidance, Tools & Solution Assessments. He has recruited, trained and managed diverse global service teams expert in management consulting, corporate sustainability, renewable energy, energy efficiency, facilities engineering, information technology, finance and research.
