I am the conversion rate optimization manager for the $100M/ year eCommerce channel. I lead experiments to optimize the website. I identify & prioritize experiments that improve key metrics for the site. I building optimizations roadmaps, determine goals & then conduct discovery, develop acceptance criteria, initiate asset development (if needed), lunch testing and implementations. I monitor results and make a recommendation (e.g. pause, continue, modify or implement). Year 1 at CITY, ran proven tests generating over 6 Million dollars in improved sales. Responsible for all CRO research, strategy, and testing efforts to optimize the website and landing pages. This includes preparing and presenting research analysis and findings to company stakeholders, creating testing roadmaps, executing & monitoring testing efforts on different testing platforms, testing prioritization, A/B testing, multivariate, redirect, cookie drops, and personalization experiences; Also reporting on testing outcomes using KPI\'s.
