I am looking for a challenging and performance-oriented role in the field of Cloud/Site/Applications/Database Reliability Engineering based out of Europe/Middle East and Africa/South East Asia/India. I want to capitalize on the expertise and experience gained to help customers to make their cloud journey smooth, efficient and help them gain great business value. I am quick Learner and I believe in improving every aspect of work each day, so that I can bring better experiences to the customers and to keep myself motivated to learn and grow more and more. Experience Summary: I am a Site Reliability Engineer in TeamViewer Germany GmbH in Göppingen, Stuttgart since Dec 2021. Prior to that i have worked in the domain of Databases, Applications & Infrastructure Reliability Engineering in multiple organizations such as Experian Services India Pvt Ltd, IBM India Pvt Ltd, Cognizant Technology Solutions, Oracle India Private Limited & Tata Consultancy Services. I have more than 11 years of experience on working with Databases, PaaS, Linux systems & Middleware Administration & ERP and Application Administration. I have hands on experience with Infrastructure Automation with Salt, Ansible, Docker; Bash and Jenkinsn & Gitlab for CI/CD; Monitoring via ELK Stack, Prometheus, Grafana, Zabbix, Oracle Enterprise Manager & Dynatrace to ensure SLO and SLA agreed with business. I am an expert in helping customers to Plan, Architect, Upgrade, Migrate and Implement Applications, Middleware and Databases in Cloud Based Platforms such as AWS, Oracle Cloud. I am Certified on both Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and AWS. I have had experience working with teams & customers across EU, India, United Kingdom and South Africa and globally via remote work. Personal Skills: Ability to quick learning Clear and to the point Communication Skills Explanation Skills of Difficult Technical Problems with Real Life Examples to make it convincing to each party involved.
