   As HR Systems & Digital Transformation Lead at OneCard, I’ve successfully led the end-to-end implementation of Darwinbox HRMS, designing and customizing it to address the unique needs of our growing organization. I manage the integration of key modules such as Compensation & Payroll, optimizing processes for accurate, timely salary disbursements.A key focus of my role has been designing and implementing automated workflows and integrations, including biometric systems, background verification tools, and assessment systems, enhancing recruitment, and onboarding processes. Additionally, I integrated HRMS with our internal data lake, enabling data-driven decision-making across HR operations.I led the development of critical modules such as Contract Management and Squads & Tribes, allowing OneCard to scale effectively while maintaining a high level of operational agility. I also spearheaded the creation of an in-house HRMS and Learning Management System to manage employee data, track performance, and support continuous learning.A key initiative I led was the implementation of a comprehensive Performance Management System, fostering continuous feedback, goal-setting, and employee development.I successfully integrated an internal Helpdesk ticketing system with an AI bot to resolve employee queries and improve operational efficiency. In addition, I oversee Qapita - ESOPs management system, driving engagement and retention through Employee Stock Ownership Plans.As part of my broader digital transformation efforts, I led the revamping of OneCard’s website, optimizing it for better recruitment, and manage the company’s LinkedIn presence.On the employee engagement front, I lead initiatives such as POSH, wellness programs, and various employee events, celebrations, and sports activities.Finally, I lead the planning and execution of LapOne, our flagship annual company offsite, aligning it with OneCard’s objectives for team-building, knowledge-sharing and rejuvenation.
