I\'m a data and business analyst with 5+ years of experience helping teams stop drowning in spreadsheets and start making decisions from dashboards that actually work.My background spans pharma, banking, and enterprise tech — which means I\'ve learned to tell a clean data story even when the underlying data is messy, incomplete, or scattered across systems that weren\'t designed to talk to each other.I\'ve built Power BI dashboards from scratch — designing data models, writing DAX measures, connecting live sources, and automating reporting. The goal is always the same: give decision-makers real-time visibility in a format they can actually use, whether that\'s an operations team or a room full of executives.I\'m equally comfortable in the requirements-gathering room as I am in the data — leading stakeholder sessions, documenting requirements, and translating messy feedback into prioritized backlogs that keep delivery teams focused.Earlier in my career at Accenture, I built a Python automation that saved roughly 2,500 minutes of manual work per shift across a 30-person team.
