With over 38 years of experience in the retail and shopping Mall sectors, I have the expertise and passion to create and transform malls that are customer-centric, sustainable, and profitable. I have been involved in more than 30 million sq.ft. of 100+ Mall projects across India and abroad, working with clients such as DLF, Logix, Lulu, Omaxe, Malabar, Oberon, and many others. I provide end-to-end solutions for mall conceptualization, Market Research, Feasiblity, Architecture & design, Lease Management, Mall marketing, Mall operations and optimization, leveraging my hands-on experience in various formats and segments of retail and mall businesses. I also co-founded and mentored various specialty businesses in the fields of retail recruitment, merchant exports, sustainable solutions, and sourcing.
