   Project manager for CAPEX (Capital Expenditure) projects with budget ranging from $2,500 to $10M, including new client/new product introduction projects for CDMO facility - Collaborate with other departments to collect project needs and draft a business proposal(charter) and project intake forms after thorough assessment for site fit and priority level - Present the current status, needs, project execution timeline and financial planning of the requested projects to site leadership for approval - Draft and route documents required for budget approval - Perform necessary documentations for budget approval and execute the project (Change Control, URS generation, Criticality Assessments & FMEA, TOP generation)- Lead meetings and collaborate with other departments involved with the project execution - Track PO and invoices for CAPEX control Review and manage site CAPEX budget by generating monthly report on cashflow/forecasting for all the ongoing projects and provide end of the quarter summaries to site leadership Project manager for annual plant and maintenance shutdown for the pharmaceutical manufacturing facility- Chair cross-functional meetings daily to coordinate 35-40 multi-departmental projects and create a schedule while taking into account interdependencies and conflicts with other projects - Track the progress of projects from the planning to the execution using Smartsheet, MS Project and/or SharePoint - Draft shutdown and start up procedures for equipment and the facilities - Compile all the GMP documents in relation to shutdown execution - Ensure project completion and smooth transition to manufacturing production after the shutdown - Provide shutdown status through company-wide communications - Draft execution summary report after the completion Develop and improve site wide shutdown procedure to ensure streamlined shutdown process
