About Susie Maxwell

My career has been spent primarily in the payment card industry, starting out in 1989 as a customer service representative for a small ISO. I ultimately managed the operations for an employee-owned retail ISO until leaving to pursue the opportunity to open a PCI compliance firm in 2009. Before joining the payment card industry, I worked in retail banking and was the Director of Operations for two investment firms. Prior to founding MAXpci, I was a managing member of Justified Data Security LLC,(JDS), and the Director of Partnership Programs and Marketing. During my time at JDS, I created and marketed PCI compliance programs to banks, acquirers and ISOs. I also implemented and oversaw merchant migration programs, and was instrumental in developing the SAQ wizard and partner portal. Under my direction, JDS enjoyed a growth rate of over 100% annually. As the Founding Principal of MAXpci, I am responsible for the company\'s operations and am focused on growing the company\'s revenues by expanding our position as a leading provider of PCI compliance programs designed exclusively for small and mid-sized merchants.
