Susie is a demonstrated leader in the information technology field with over 29 years experience in the industry and 26 years dedicated solely to healthcare. During this time, Susie has focused on technology solutions that enable business outcomes for both providers and research institutions.Susie joined Cisco Systems in 2007 as an Enterprise Account Manager servicing clients such as CHRISTUS Health, Texas Children’s Hospital and Memorial Hermann. In 2014, Susie took her consultative sales approach and transitioned into a Practice Advisor role on the Business Transformation team focused on serving healthcare providers in Texas. This strategic role is dedicated to creating customer-focused strategies, while developing innovative solutions that optimize clinical workflow, enable virtual care and improve the patient experience. Prior to joining Cisco, Susie worked for Spok (formerly USA Mobility) in a system integration division that focused on critical communications and clinical alerting systems.Susie currently resides in the Houston area, with her husband, Charlie and their two sons, Cooper and Brady. When not at work, she enjoys watching her sons participate in their respective sports, as well as being a dedicated Houston Texans fan.
