With over 20 years of experience in the restaurant and hospitality technology industry, I’ve built a career on adaptability, leadership, and follow-through. My journey has taken me from marketing coordination at Aloha Technology to regional management roles at NCR Voyix — overseeing complex implementations and guiding cross-functional teams across the country.Currently, I serve as the East Coast Regional Implementation Manager for NCR Voyix, where I lead a talented team of project managers and analysts deploying Aloha POS solutions for SMB clients. My work involves aligning stakeholders, managing technical timelines, and ensuring a smooth handoff from sales to execution — all while navigating changing business needs and priorities.I bring to the table a deep knowledge of POS deployment, customer relationship management, and operational escalation handling.
