I lead SHS’s enrolment strategy and ensure every part of the admissions experience reflects our values of learning, character, and community. I work closely with faculty, staff, and senior leadership to advance recruitment, retention, and long-term school growth.Key focus areas- Align enrolment priorities with SHS’s strategic initiatives and mission- Lead the enrolment team and collaborate with faculty to support admissions and family engagement- Designed and re-aligned JK-Grade 8 applicant assessments (JK–8) to reflect our values and provide a holistic view of each child- Develop outreach strategies to attract mission-fit families and support sales goals- Initiated a diversity strategy group to cultivate relationships with diverse communities and strengthen belonging for current and future families- Developed and expanded the Student Ambassador Program from 30 to 180 boys in Grades 2–8- Collaborate with Advancement to support new marketing materials, storytelling, and retention- Established the Retention Committee to analyze attrition data and lead proactive retention strategies- Collaborate closely with the Director of Student Success to ensure individual learning and social needs can be supported- Implemented new onboarding events to support early boy and family belonging and to enhance retention
