ABOUT SUSIE BOYLE
I am an experienced NHS nurse and leader, with strong, authentic leadership skills, and an unusual ability to engage and empower people. I have used these skills to become an executive coach and mentor. I am a crewmate at Sea Salt Learning, a global consultancy firm helping organisations to get fit for the social age. My extensive nursing experience also allows me to work as an expert witness for the law courts, and I also train experts that are new to that role. I am a co-founder at KiKu Coaching, and work with the multiracial, multigenerational consultancy, the Equity Consulting Network, on their flagship Re-thinking Racism for racial and social justice transformational workshop. I am interested in medico-legal work from an expert witness perspective, EDI and antiracism work, nursing/healthcare work, and leadership/culture coaching and facilitation work.
