I am the Senior Instructor in two separate programs in the Davidson Institute:**The Resilience Program-I am in charge of developing the curriculum, coordinating and executing biology/biotech-based programs to help displaced students finish their High School studies. Besides enabling these students to finish their studies as needed by the Ministry of Education, the idea of the program is to provide them the opportunity to get immerged in the world of science and research, giving them a respite from the challenges they are facing due to war-As part of the curriculum, I am in charge of building interesting activities where complex scientific concepts are brought to daily life, as a way to connect the students to science-In charge of coordinating meetings with school teachers to understand the students\' level of knowledge.**The Clore Garden of Science Museum-In charge of placing, managing and leading guides working in the Clore Garden of Science, acting as their first point of contact, meaning that my responsibilities range from managing their schedules and training, to supplying emotional support-Acting as the connection between the museum\'s guides to higher-up management-Experience in the recruitment of new guides
