I sell ideas. Creative ideas that solve problems. As I joined the sales team of a multi-national healthcare company, with a concrete academic background in Pharmaceuticals, and an MBA in marketing, to face the real business world, I found I am adept at finding creative solutions to day-to-day as well as complex problems. As I advanced from sales to marketing, my 2.5 years of direct selling experience stood me in good stead to design creative strategies and effective tactics to back them up, which were able to extract maximum involvement and engagement of the sales team. I strive for excellence in all that I do. I don\'t like to leave a task, half-done or sloppily finished. My communication skills come in handy in selling my ideas regardless of whether it\'s a sales presentation to a customer, a marketing plan to my seniors, or training field sales strategies and tactics to the sales team.
