Sushrut leads the Business Innovation practice - which has the primary objective of incubating emerging technology-led solutions for clients. His practice is responsible for -\\\\n* Conducting Design Thinking led innovation workshops\\\\n* Guiding clients to continually maintain a healthy pipeline of innovative ideas\\\\n* Delivering working prototypes for selected ideas\\\\n* Maintaining optimum user experience in the solutions\\\\n* Recruitment and Career Management of a highly capable, experienced team\\\\n* Meeting the Financial Targets set for the practice\\\\n\\\\nCenter of Emerging Technology Solutions (iCETS) is a unit within Infosys that focuses on applying emerging technologies to create innovative and incubate solutions for clients. This is achieved by establishing Joint Innovation Centers or \'Living Labs\' with clients. These Living Labs utilize Design Thinking methodology and build upon inter-disciplinary learning across industries to help clients identify the right business problems to tackle and help them create innovative solutions using emerging technologies.\\\\n\\\\nIn addition, he is a member of Infosys Digital Council and Pune Development Center Executive Council.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
