I am currently working as an Associate in the Equity Capital Markets Team at Indorient Financial Services Limited, and to further strengthen my domain expertise in merchant banking, I obtained the NISM Series IX – Merchant Banking Certification. In my current role, I am actively involved in transactions relating to SME IPOs, supporting transaction execution, coordinating due diligence processes, ensuring regulatory compliance, and assisting in capital raising activities within the SME segment.I hold a BBA-LLB degree and am enrolled with the Bar Council of Odisha, having obtained my license from the Bar Council of India. My academic background in law provided me with a strong understanding of corporate laws, regulatory frameworks, and financial legislation relevant to capital markets.As a law student, I gained exposure to various institutions operating within the capital markets ecosystem, which sparked my strong interest in equity capital markets and merchant banking. This early exposure ultimately shaped my decision to pursue a career in this field.With a legal foundation and growing hands-on experience in equity capital markets, I am committed to building long-term expertise in transaction structuring, regulatory advisory, and public market offerings.Thank you for your patient reading.
