   Working in BRIM Implementation project.Eversource AMI Implementation: The Eversource AMI Phase 2 project focused on implementing an advanced metering infrastructure (AMI) to enhance utility management of advanced meters and integration with external systems. This initiative enabled Eversource to perform remote meter readings for real-time data collection without needing physical access. It also facilitated remote disconnection and reconnection of AMI devices, improving operational efficiency. Key tasks included configuring Device Management to activate AMI features and implementing Standard Meter Data Unification & Synchronization (MDUS) Services. Additionally, a Time-of-Use (TOU) interface was established for Energy Data Management to support demand response programs, offering pricing incentives during peak demand and rebates for reduced consumption.The project also involved configuring complete Billing Master Data for AMI customers to ensure accurate billing and streamline billing statement generation through Print Workbench. Furthermore, street lighting solutions were implemented in select North American regions, along with tailored gas procedures to meet market needs, enhancing service delivery and operational efficiency.Duke Energy BPEM Improvement: The Duke Energy BPEM Improvement project aimed to enhance the billing system\'s efficiency, increasing the success rate of bill generation. We analyzed critical processes such as Intercompany Data Exchange, Energy Data Management, Device Management, and the Billing Process, focusing on errors in Print Workbench.Our findings led to targeted recommendations, including system fixes, process optimization, and best practices. We also proposed a future scope for continuous improvement to help Duke Energy adapt to changing business needs. As a result, Duke Energy saw a significant increase in successful bill generation and a decrease in BPEM cases improving revenue flow but also reduced the internal team\'s work.
