If the roads don\'t lead to where you want to go, bend the ways to get through.\"This has stuck with me for the longest time & I try to live by this philosophy to the best of my abilities.My story begins by hopping from one school to another during most of my childhood. I completed my schooling from 8 different institutions, thus helping me develop an appetite for staying out of my comfort zone from a very young age. I loved oration & anything involving the stage and public speaking caught my fancy.Owing to my fascination with automotive, I took up mechanical engineering. But within the first year itself, I realised that a 20-year old curriculum failed to satiate my hunger for knowledge & desire to compete. So I ventured out to do a lot of internships & workshops. I also founded a team, Team Shock-n-Awe, in the clandestine sport of combat robotics. For a 2-year run, we won 3 national championships along with having the highest win rate of any team ever in India, even to this day. This not only taught me leadership & patience but also that a perspective is what differentiates the great & the ordinary. The enormous amount of thought behind every small detail & a deep understanding of the consumer never failed to engross me. To perfect my craft, I took up various hands-on marketing projects from the likes of 1mg, Indulge Salon etc. I did my internship with Lenskart\'s offline retail division, where I executed numerous campaigns & strategies to turnaround unprofitable retail outlets. My learning from MBA wasn\'t just limited to domain knowledge, but rather personal development. I gained the ability to dive deep into challenging problems & managing multiple people.I\'m an ambivert & an observant individual. The pursuit of learning & achievement is what drives me to push myself every single day. My hobbies include restoring vintage shoes, collecting fragrances & image consulting.
