Being a KV ( Kendriya Vidyalaya ) Student has given me exposure to face multi - culture environment. Stage fear was always out of my league.I am a proud engineer and a business management graduate. I started my career in Talent Acquisition with Naukri.com a top monopoly firm - India\'s No.1 online job portal. I was in the recruitment, interview coordination, and sourcing process for almost 1.8 years having hired more than 300+ employees across the region. I was predominantly working on hiring huge Salesforce and technology-based profiles along with campus recruitment.I have also achieved 5 consecutive targets in Naukri.com and was awarded the best performer in Q1 FY2019-20 having achieved a target of 172%.Further enhancing my development in a career I got an offer with Volante Technologies a leading fintech organization which is a global provider of cloud payments. I currently hold 4+ years of experience in managing end-to-end talent acquisition. I have recruited 500+ top technology-based talents, conducted fresher\'s drives across different training institutes, and also held campus placements. I have also actively involved myself in employee engagement activities by conducting 50+ virtual engagement programs during the pandemic through a hybrid work model. Apart from work, I am a passionate dancer too.
