There’s always a certain thrill in starting something new. I’ve felt it every time I took on a task I’d never done before not because I had all the answers, but because I knew I’d grow through it. That quiet excitement, the urge to figure things out, has stayed with me through every phase of learning.Finance didn’t come to me as a checklist of formulas or reports. It came as a curiosity about how the world works, how decisions shape futures, how numbers carry meaning. I\'m still learning, still building, and still finding my way through this field but what grounds me is the willingness to keep at it.I’ve always found myself saying yes to things whether it was coordinating events, handling teams, or jumping into something outside my comfort zone. Somewhere along the way, I realized that leadership isn’t about control it’s about balance, ego, listening, and learning when to step back. And I’ve had to do all of it.I don’t have all the answers yet, but every step I take is a step closer to discovering them. What drives me is the journey itself—the chance to learn, adapt, and grow into the finance professional I aspire to be. And I’m ready for whatever comes next.
