I lead a globally distributed team of six QA engineers across the US and Asia, driving end-to-end quality assurance for enterprise applications in the banking and lending domain. My work spans manual and automation testing, database and API validation, and full-lifecycle test strategy from defining QA frameworks to authoring release sign-off criteria. Working in a loan origination and lending environment means quality isn\'t just a process it\'s a compliance and trust requirement. I ensure testing rigor across critical workflows including loan processing, financial data validation, and end-to-end transaction flows where accuracy and regulatory alignment are non-negotiable. On the technical side, I build and maintain automation suites using Selenium, Java, TestNG, and Cucumber, and collaborate closely with DevOps engineers on GitHub Actions pipelines and Git workflow governance.
