I’m a strategic and solutions-oriented education leader with over 22 years of experience designing and delivering high-impact learning programs at scale. My expertise lies in curriculum innovation, digital transformation, and educator capacity building —delivered through cross-functional collaboration across content, technology, and training teams.I’ve led the design of NEP 2020-aligned curricula, guided digital content strategies for Moodle-based and blended learning platforms (VLTS, H5P), and created outcome-driven training programs for teachers and school leaders across India. I’m equally at ease working with government stakeholders (SCERTs, DIETs), nonprofits, and EdTech partners to co-develop solutions that are scalable, inclusive, and aligned with learner needs.I bring a deep understanding of how policy, pedagogy, and technology intersect—and how to align them to build future-ready, learner-centric education ecosystems.
