Verify cheese moisture parameters and conduct screening and monitoring tests on raw milk upon receipt where applicable. Perform preventative maintenance and calibration of laboratory and plant analytical equipment. Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and apparatus such as titrators, ovens, kjeldahl units and prepare solutions of liquid, reagents, and sample formulations necessary for the chemical analysis. Perform administrative duties such as maintaining records, forms and logs including computer databases. Participant in Health & Safety Program.
