I am a Senior Associate in the corporate practice at the Mumbai office of Trilegal. I have represented a variety of domestic and foreign clients including corporates, private equity funds, venture capital funds and founder led companies in their buy-side and sell-side transactions including mergers, acquisitions, asset and business transfers, joint ventures, private equity/venture capital investments and general corporate advisory work. I have also represented private equity funds on their contentions M&A matters including shareholder disputes and disputed joint-venture exits.
