I am a Clinical Data Management professional-in-training, currently completing my internship at Ancillarie. Instead of simply observing, I took initiative to improve documentation processes, design CRFs, create SOP flowcharts, and deliver presentations that built both technical and client-facing confidence.I’ve worked with SOP drafting, protocol review, CRF design, and Castor EDC—gaining hands-on skills that many entry-level professionals only develop after years in the field. My approach is simple: learn fast, improve processes, and add measurable value to every project I touch.My goal is to grow into a Clinical Data Manager who doesn’t just manage data but optimizes workflows and strengthens sponsor confidence through quality, efficiency, and clear communication.
