   GTM Strategy and Operations: Led the Change Management strategy for Google Cloud’s annual Fiscal Year planning initiatives which includes communicating decisions made by the central operations teams about compensation, territory planning and sales quota etc. to the field. Developed a manager landing pack, enablement materials including bite size videos and field sales guides. Change Management Strategy and Execution: Successfully transitioned Google Cloud employees from the existing performance management system to GRAD, Google’s newest performance management system. Developed and executed change management strategy, which included executive and manager training, worldwide communication strategy, and change reinforcement strategy. Regional Landing and Listening Strategy: Led a regional landing strategy for transformational initiatives for Google Cloud’s Worldwide sales organization consisting of regional strategy leads and engagement leads. Held monthly meetings to communicate best practices on how to land changes within each region and created listening systems to capture feedback. Sales Enablement: Led a sales enablement strategy to land high impact transformational initiatives within Google Cloud’s Worldwide sales organization. Prosci Change Management Certification: Prosci Certified Advanced Instructor (PCAI) and certify 100 Googlers per year in the Prosci Change Methodology.
