ABOUT SUSHIL SAINDANE
As a Research Assistant at NJIT, I am developing and implementing a model in the field of Cyberpsychology, under the guidance of Dr Julie Ancis. I am also a Teaching Assistant for IS 375: Discovering User Needs for UX, where I provide support to graduate students, hold weekly office hours, and grade assignments and exams. Before joining NJIT, I worked as an Angular Developer at Ximple Solutions, an ERP software company. There, I fabricated state-of-the-art web applications for the next generation of ERP and B2B e-commerce platforms, using the powerful TypeScript framework, Angular. I also enhanced the UX/UI and response speed of the refined web application, resulting in increased customer satisfaction and team efficiency. I have a strong academic background in Information Technology, with a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology and a Master\'s in Computer Applications from the University of Mumbai. I am currently pursuing a Master of Science in Information Systems at NJIT, specializing in Information Systems. Through this program, I am learning the fundamentals and applications of management, data science, and business analytics. My goal is to leverage my skills and expertise through my learnings to create innovative and impactful solutions for the digital economy. I am looking for full time opportunities that will allow me to apply my knowledge and experience to real-world problems and challenges.
