ABOUT SUSHIL KUMAR SINGH

As a passionate and results-driven social development professional, I bring over five years of experience working in public health, rural education, corporate social responsibility (CSR), and livelihood initiatives. My journey has been deeply rooted in making a tangible impact on underserved communities, particularly through my work in implementing and managing public health programs like the National Tuberculosis Elimination Program (NTEP).I have had the privilege of leading projects that directly contribute to improving public health outcomes. At GLRA India, as Team Lead for the Axshya Plus TB Project, I spearheaded efforts to prevent latent TB infection (LTBI) across Dhar districts in Madhya Pradesh. This role allowed me to collaborate closely with government health officials, ensuring that interventions were strategically mapped and effectively executed. My ability to foster strong relationships with stakeholders was key to the program\'s success.In addition to public health, my experience spans the education sector. At STEM Learning Pvt. Ltd, I was instrumental in setting up mini science centers in rural schools, enhancing STEM education through CSR partnerships. This role not only deepened my commitment to advancing educational opportunities for marginalized children but also honed my skills in monitoring, evaluation, and stakeholder coordination.I am skilled in project management, government liaison, and training facilitation. My academic background includes a Master’s degree in Social Work with a focus on Tribal Development, complemented by a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. This unique combination of technical and social expertise enables me to approach challenges with a holistic perspective, ensuring that initiatives are both innovative and sustainable.Driven by a strong sense of purpose, I am committed to contributing to projects that make a real difference in society.
