Create and maintain a database of HR-related regulations using Obligation Register. b. Conduct a gap analysis of regulations against existing policies, processes, and practices, for e.g. CB UAE Corporate Governance Regulations and Standards for Banks CB UAE Consumer Protection Regulation and Standards CB UAE Outsourcing Regulation and accompanying Standards for Banks CB UAE Persona Non Grata (PNG) National Service and Reserve Staff National Electronic Security Authority (NESA), UAE Information Assurance Regulation NAFIS and Emiratization Swift Customer Security Controls Framework (CSCF) c. Provide recommendations on the required actions. d. Review, develop and ensure the implementation of mandated governance activities (e.g, Annual Declarations, etc.). • Audit and Controls: • Policy and Process Management: • Risk Management: a. IBM Open Pages, OpRisk Management System b. Loss Events c. Operational Risk & Control Assessment (ORCA) d. New Product and Process Approvals (NPPA) e.
