Quantity surveyor to Civil work, Finishing work, MEP Work & Development. BOQ Preparation – It includes the quantity of Material, Cost & Types, Method of construction. Analysis of Rates for All Activity, Find the out-detail Cost includes the quantity & cost of requiredmaterials, labour charges and other petty expenses. Sort and analyze data using Excel based on WBS / as per the requirements. Working on Pre-Estimate and Post-Estimate Update as per GFC drawing. Co-ordinate with the Design Team, Project Manager, Execution Head, Estimation Head and get budgetApproval and Update In SAP (ERP System). Prepare for the Project cost of completion (COC / CTC) quarterly. Update as per the actualSpecifications and Quantity. Prepare for the Project Budget Vs Actual monthly.
