I develop and execute go-to-market strategies and a marketing plan for product launch and growth. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create plans aimed at increasing brand awareness and app downloads, while also ideating and designing new app functionalities and features. Own and deliver a bidirectional marketplace platform from conception to 1/4 million users, by leading pivotal efforts in the full product lifecycle. Lead omnichannel marketing efforts that drive app downloads with an objective to keep the CPA to an average of $3, from digital platforms, leading to $280M in annual sales volume. Analyze customer pain points and champion innovation by launching AI-powered features like Home Price Estimator, Voice Assistant, and Property Filtering & Summarizing for home buyers and sellers. User engagement increases by 30%. Prototype and implement KYC framework within the app, personalizing UX based on user behavior, and methods to increase app adoption. Tools used: Figma, HubSpot, Jira, HotJar, Google Analytics. Build and expand a cross-functional team of 15, which manages the B2B side of the business, i.e, collaborating with 250+ real estate agents and taking care of their marketing, branding, and lead generation. Develop a network of social media influencers for product promotions, collaborate with PR agencies to create compelling storylines, and represent the company in public media channels. Additionally, develop and execute in-person training programs for Real Estate Agents to drive marketing and branding activities, to drive business.
