I am a Lead Dynamics Engineer and Solution Architect with extensive experience designing, implementing, and governing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and Power Platform solutions at enterprise scale. I specialise in translating complex business requirements into secure, scalable, and maintainable architectures aligned with Microsoft best practices.I lead end‑to‑end solution design across Dataverse, Power Apps (Model‑Driven and Canvas), Power Automate, and Dynamics 365 CE, delivering seamless business processes and optimised user experiences. My role spans architecture definition, customisation strategy, integration patterns, and ALM governance, ensuring solutions are robust, compliant, and future‑proof.I work closely with stakeholders to analyse requirements, identify functional and technical gaps, and design solutions that maximise native D365 and Power Platform capabilities while minimising technical debt. Quality and reliability are central to my approach, with strong ownership of testing strategies, defect management, documentation, and production readiness.From a technical standpoint, I bring deep hands‑on expertise in C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, Power Fx, Visual Studio, and supporting technologies such as Liquid, enabling advanced customisation, automation, and extensibility. I regularly design and oversee integrations and data migrations using proven patterns across Dynamics 365, Azure services, and external systems.I am experienced in both Agile and Waterfall delivery models, leading backlog refinement, sprint planning, and release management. I actively manage source control, CI/CD pipelines, solutions, environment variables, and artefacts in Azure DevOps, supporting strong Power Platform ALM practices across multiple environments.As a technical leader, I consistently break down user stories into executable technical tasks, manage change throughout the project lifecycle, and provide accurate effort estimations across the full software development lifecycle (SDLC). I enjoy mentoring teams, setting engineering standards, and acting as a trusted advisor on Dynamics 365, Power Platform architecture, security, and integration strategy.
