I was the most talkative kid in class. Not disturbing - just curious, asking & engaging. Teachers raised it as a problem. Much later, I realised it was actually a pattern: people felt comfortable opening up to me. 🧸That changed how I saw work. After graduating as a Mechanical Engineer from Delhi Technological University, I chose sales as my first role - not by accident, but because it rewarded listening, empathy, and perseverance. Selling to demanding South Bombay real estate developers at Otis, I learned humility, patience, and the long game of trust.I then moved to Udaan to experience two things firsthand: startups and blitz-scaling. Over 2.5 years, across three roles, multiple categories, and geographies, I learned that growth is less about ideas and more about execution depth - done repeatedly, under pressure. At NoBroker, I joined the marketing team to build and scale new initiatives. I started with Referral and later took ownership of Packers & Movers Category and UGC content - roles that sat at the intersection of growth, product, and customer insight. While working a full-time job, I pursued the PGP in Enterprise Management at IIM Bangalore, 2 year MBA program that sharpened my thinking around strategy, competition, and organisational decision-making and helped me connect ideas with structure.Outside work, football keeps me going, the mountains reset me, and improv/stage work keeps me alive. I still enjoy conversations - but now I try to build systems, products, and growth engines around them.
