These policies ensure a well-organized and respectful work environment, promoting clarity, consistency, and a positive workplace culture.In addition to my HR responsibilities, I handle various administrative tasks that ensure the smooth functioning of Cywarden. This includes vendor management, overseeing timely payments, managing office supplies such as stationery items, and keeping track of stocks for the coffee and tea machines. I am meticulous in handling monthly bills, covering areas like electricity, internet, and other relevant expenses. Furthermore, I oversee the management of assets, ensuring that items such as laptops, mice, keyboards, headsets, and other essential equipment are well-maintained and accounted for.By taking charge of these diverse responsibilities, I contribute to creating a positive and productive work environment at Cywarden.
