Manage, review & approve design deliverable, customer comments review / resolution And POVE for all equipment’s (trays, Internals & seperations) to the company’s global standards or client specification within specified time fulfilling ISO requirement. Assistance to sales Estimation by performing pre order value engineering (POVE) as required. Implement Global Engineering standard for KG Mass transfer & KOY products and services. Monitor actual progress of work against plan and take timely corrective actions to ensure meeting the deadlines / target dates as required by clients. Build and develop technical skill & team sprit among the engineer, designers & draftsmen working in the team.
