Sushant is a Sports enthusiast. Loved playing any sport he could get hands on in college and captained a few teams till grad.Life happened, and Sushant was hired as an Analyst in 2015 by EY. Sushant started working within the IT Audit, Compliance and Governance field. Sushant worked with EY for 6 years and helped clients with FAIT audits, SOX audits and SOC readiness assessments. During these 6 years, Sushant had been a part of the Technology risk teams in both India and UAE. While successfully collaborating with clients on Managed Services projects, IT Governance, SOD reviews, SOCR engagements, Sushant grew from an Analyst to a Senior Consultant.September 2021 OnwardsAt PwC, Sushant started a new role as a Manager with PWC Acceleration Centres.The COVID era was in full swing and that\'s where the values learned from sports helped out a lot. The work profile remained the same, but additional challenges of managing a new team in a new firm made life interesting. The team has grown from a team of 5 to 13 individuals.
